This site is operated by Senger Jewellery (Melanie von Senger Loeper), a handmade jewelry workshop based in Santiago, Chile. For any privacy question, you can write to us at [email protected].

The website has no contact form, user accounts, or shopping cart, so we do not collect or store personal data directly through this page.

The contact buttons (WhatsApp, Instagram, email) open third-party apps or services. Any data you share through those channels — your phone number, name, or messages — is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those platforms (Meta/WhatsApp, Meta/Instagram, your email provider), not by this policy.

This site sets no cookies. We use an analytics tool that measures visits in an aggregated, anonymous way: it stores no cookies or identifiers in your browser, cannot recognise you between visits, and does not track you across other websites.

What is recorded is aggregate data — page views, approximate country, device type and which site you arrived from — none of which identifies you. We also count, in the same anonymous way, how many people click the contact or purchase buttons, so we know which pieces draw the most interest.

That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there are no cookies to accept or reject.

When you buy a piece through Mercado Libre, your personal data (name, address, payment method, etc.) is collected and processed directly by Mercado Libre, under its own privacy policy. Senger Jewellery does not access or manage that data outside the platform.

If you have shared data with us directly (for example, via WhatsApp or email), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of that information at any time by writing to [email protected].
